TEMA (Triple Exponential Moving Average) is an improved moving average that reduces lag by applying triple exponential smoothing, increasing responsiveness to price changes.

Calculation Principle

TEMA is calculated using the following formula:

TEMA = (3 * EMA1) - (3 * EMA2) + EMA3
