Calculation Principle
Hammer pattern is identified by the following conditions:
- Small body located at the upper part of the candle
- Lower shadow length is at least twice the body length
- Upper shadow is very short or non-existent
- Pattern appears at the bottom of a downtrend
- Body color can be bearish or bullish
